DESIGN CATEGORIES RULES

Design competition times are listed in the Schedule of Events.

1. Students may enter four (4) Design categories.
2. Design entries must be from a student designer’s high school production that has been performed in front of a live audience between March 30th, 2025 and March 26th, 2026.
3. Design entries should be reviewed and approved by the high school instructor.
4. Entry tags must be attached to all design presentation materials. The tag provided here is mandatory. Design Entry Tag
5. Adjudication of Design entries are based on specific criteria. Please see individual Design Categories for information.
6. All design materials submitted must be retrieved from Festival headquarters at close of Festival 2026 on Saturday, March 28th by 7 pm.
7. Presentations have a time limit of five (5) minutes.
